| 摘 要： | 针对小子样变总体的含缺失数据时分组数据的AMSAA模型,提出Bayes可靠性增长分析方法,得到模型的参数以及系统能达到的MTBF的Bayes点估计和Bayes区间估计,结合实际例子进行运算.

| Abstract: | A Bayes analysis method of reliability growth was proposed in connection with the AMSAA model of grouped data with data missing,in a small sub-sample complex.The Bayes point estimation and interval estimation,by which the model parameters and the system as well could reach to MTBF,were obtained.A computation was performed for an actual engineering problem. |
