固气反应制备铁氮化合物

摘    要:研究了铁氮化合物的制备方法及其结构与性能。利用粒度为20μm铁粉和NH3/N2进行固气反应。研究了淬火介质对固气反应产物的结构和性能的影响。结果表明,冰水淬火可获得几乎全是奥氏体的粉末,而干冰和液氮淬火可获得氮马氏体。于150℃回火可制备出含Fe16N2的氮化物粉末。于540 ̄590℃进行固气反应可获得单质、均匀的Fe4N化合物粉末,其磁化强度为190Am^2/kg。

Abstract:The preparation,structure and properties of Fe-N compounds were investigated. A solid-gasreaction was conducted using iron powder with NH3/H2 gas. The effects of different quenching media on thestructures and properties of reaction products were studied. The results showed that ice-water quenching almost entirely result in N-austenite powder and that N-martensite is available through the quenching with dry ice and liquid nitrogen. Fe16 Ni2-bearing nitride POwder can be obtained through tempering at 150 C. Also,apure and homogeneous Fe2N powder is available through the solid-gas reaction at 540-590 C with a magne tizability up to 190 Am2/kg.
