| Abstract: | The special impact of atmosphere refraction over Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau on the terrestrial precision surveying is put forward for the first time. The significance of the study on the atmosphere refraction over Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau is emphasized. The domestic and international status quo of the studies is analyzed. The goal and content of the studies is elucidated. |
