| Abstract: | Campus job interview is an important path for undergraduates＇ employment.Through this platform,the employers can not only obtain new,high quality and high-tech resources,but also reduce the cost for the undergraduates.Compared with other channels,it has advantages and disadvantages.To solve this problem fundamentally,this paper explores the effective countermeasures from three aspects concerning employers,universities and students under the new situation. |
