| Abstract: | The cultivation of government's service spirit is important to improve the Party's governing capacity and deepen the reform of administrative system.Mao Tse-tung,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao,who are the Party's four generation leaders,have the thoughts of cultivating government's service spirit with same origin.The common feature of their thoughts is that they have paid much attention to the relationship of government and people. |
