摘    要:行动研究是一种反思性的探究活动,它立足于解决教育教学中存在的实际问题,强调教师的主体参与,注重理论与实践的结合。行动研究在教学与研究领域之间架起一座桥梁,有利于提高教师课堂教学效果,促进教师专业发展。

Abstract:Action research is a form of inquiry activity with self-reflection.It aims to solve the practical problems existing in teaching process,emphasizes teachers' subjective participation,and pays attention to the combination of theory and practice.The action research builds a bridge between teaching and research fields,which is beneficial to improve classroom teaching effect and promote teacher professional development.
