| 摘 要： | 针对传统的成本控制管理模式的弊端，太原铁路分局太原水电段研制成功了利用计算机网络和磁卡技术，对成本支出的各个项目进行实时控制的管理系统，实现了成本控制的动态管理，为企业合理安排资金流向提供了科学的依据。
