| 摘 要： | 为提高食品添加剂教学质量,加强该课程的深度和广度,以及培养学生的学习兴趣本文针对食品添加剂课程教学中存在问题,从教学内容方面进行改革,增加了食品添加剂法律法规、案例辅助、食品检验、实验课程的相关内容。
