| 摘 要： | 围绕如何实现任职培训的有效教学，进行了任职教育教学模式的改革尝试，主要是以有效教学的效益、效果、效率为目标，依据学习理论的研究成果，结合军队院校任职培训的特点，提出了一体化任职培训的教学模式，并介绍了该模式下5个教学活动之间的关系和各个教学活动的实施要点。

| Abstract: | Working around how to achieve an effective on-duty education, the researchers have been trying to reform the teaching mode. Based on the researches of learning theories and combined with the characteristics of military on-duty education, an integrated teaching mode is put forward, which aims to increase the efficiency of effective teaching. This paper also introduces the relations among the five teaching activities in this mode and the key implementing points in each teaching activity. |
