摘    要:如何实现学科优势向产业优势转化,提升企业创新能力是当前我国经济转型期具有重要意义的问题.针对亟需培育和发展壮大的战略新兴产业,构建了优势学科与战略新兴产业对接组合的“四要素两层次”分析框架.为了进一步探讨优势学科与战略新兴产业对接组合的内在机理,以超网络作为分析工具,基于资源的视角,对学科与产业的对接组合机制进行了深入分析,并从资源对接的广度和深度两个方面分析了学科与产业的资源对接程度.最后,从资源和能力两个层次,分别提出了基于创新平台的资源整合模式和“网络化”学科群协同创新—服务模式,对战略新兴产业的发展以及高校与产业的合作模式提供了有意义的指导和借鉴.

Abstract:How to transform the discipline advantages to industrial advantages and improve the innovation ability of enterprise is of great importance to the economic transformation period in China.Aiming at the strategic emerging industries,the "Four elements and Two level" framework is proposed for matching combination between preponderant discipline and strategic emerging industries.In order to further probe into its internal mechanism,this paper analyzes the matching combination of discipline and industries.Using super-network method,the paper researches the matching combination of discipline and industries based on the resource perspective.The degree of resource matching between discipline and industries is also analyzed from the width and depth of resource matching.Finally,the paper,from the two levels of resources and capacity,puts forward the resource integrating pattern based on innovation platform and collaborative innovation service model of networked discipline group,which provides the significative guidance and reference for the development of strategic emerging industries and cooperation between industries and universities.
