| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育财政拨款方式的发展，经历了三个阶段。我国高等教育现行财政拨款方式存在着政府财政支出能力的有限、高等教育拨款方式依据不够科学合理、缺乏有效的高等教育资金筹措政策这三个方面的问题。我们应从切实提高教育经费在GDP中的比例、建立科学合理的财政拨款模式、开辟多元化筹措教育经费的渠道等方面来努力完善我国高等教育财政拨款方式。

On the Reform of China Higher Education Financial Allocation |

| Abstract: | China higher education financial allocation experienced three stages. Nowadays, China higher education financial allocation boasts of three problems： insufficiency of financial supply of government, unreasonable financial allocation modes and inefficiency of fund - raising policy. We should increase the ratio of higher education fund in GDP, establish scientific financial allocation mode and open various fund - raising ways to improve China＇s higher education financial allocation system. |
