| 摘 要： | 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳测定了中华大蟾蜍冬眠期和活动期四种器官中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶的相对活性.结果表明:四种器官中 LDH 同功酶的活性表现出明显的季节和性别差异.肝、肺中还显现出第6条酶带.

| Abstract: | The LDH isoenzymes of the hibernation and active periods in the toab(Bufo bufo gargarizans)have been studied by using electrophoresis relative activity.The result shows that the LDH isozyme activity in four organs presents clear difference in periodicity and sexes.The sixth zymogen can also be seen in its pneumono and lungs. |
