摘    要:阐述了煤矿事故与从业人员心理因素之间的关系,论述了煤矿井下作业对工作人员提出的安全心理素质要求,建立了以能力与非能力因素为基本内容的心理测评指标,并对该指标的科学性进行了验证。

Abstract:This paper expounds the relationship between the coalmine accidents and the psychological factors of the employees, discusses on the requirements of the coal mine's underground operation for workers' safety psychological quality, establishes the psychological evaluation indexes taking the ability factors and the non-ability factors as the basic contents, and makes verification on the scientificness of these indexes.
