| Abstract: | This paper expounds the relationship between the coalmine accidents and the psychological factors of the employees, discusses on the requirements of the coal mine's underground operation for workers' safety psychological quality, establishes the psychological evaluation indexes taking the ability factors and the non-ability factors as the basic contents, and makes verification on the scientificness of these indexes. |
