| 摘 要： | 元朝、清朝作为中国封建社会后半期两个少数民族建立的王朝,在继承了中国历代治国方略成功经验的同时,都根据所处的时代特点,在云南地区制定并实施了顺应历史发展的制度与政策。但其政治经营活动在一些做法、手段上亦有较大差异。比较分析元清两朝在云南地区的行政建制、宗王制度与藩王制度、土官制度与改土归流等重大措施,反映出元清统治者对云南边疆地区的认识程度,客观上体现出内地与边疆一体化进程在不同的时期具有不同的阶段性特征。
