| 摘 要： | 针对我国医疗纠纷的现状及解决机制存在的诸多弊端,结合我国现有制度和体制,提出符合我国国情的ADR解决形式。在我国解决医疗纠纷的过程中,应鼓励和支持和解机制,完善多元化的调解机制及建立相应的医事仲裁制度,并强调了诉讼机制与非诉机制的衔接与互补。
