中外饭店集团化经营战略对比研究

摘    要:我国饭店集团经过20多年的发展,虽然在规模与效益方面取得了可喜的成绩,但与世界著名饭店集团相比,仍然具有很大的差距。学习借鉴外国饭店集团的成功经营管理经验对于引导我国饭店集团健康、有序和快速地发展具有重大的意义。本文主要对中外饭店集团的经营战略进行比较研究,通过对中国饭店集团的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行SWOT分析,试图探索适合中国国情的饭店集团化发展战略。

Abstract:After 20 years of development, Chinese hotel groups have achieved progress in size and effectiveness. But compared with the leading hotel groups in the world, they still lag behind. Therefore it is very important for Chinese hotel groups to develop themselves rapidly by learning successfid experience from foreign hotel groups. The paper makes some comparison in the management strategies between Chinese and foreign hotel groups. It tries to study the tactics for the development of Chinese hotel groups by SWOT analysis of the strong points, weaknesses, opportunities and difficulties of Chinese hotel groups.
