我国中小企业跨国经营问题及对策

跨国经营可以使我国的中小企业摆脱单纯的地域界限，成长为面向整个世界的国际企业。然而，我国中小企业正处在国际化经营的初级阶段，面临着很多问题。我们应采取积极的对策，从宏观环境上营造有利于中小企业跨国经营的条件，在微观管理上要有灵活的经营策略，以此来促进我国中小企业跨国经营的发展。

Transnational Management Problems of Small and Medium -size Enterprises of Our Country and Countermeasures

The transnational management may make enterprises of our country sha ke off regional limit, grow up and become the international enterprises face the whole world. However, small and medium-size enterprises of our country are con fronted with a lot of problems in primary stage of the internationalized managem ent. We should take the active countermeasures to build conditions in favor of t ransnational management of small and medium-size enterprises in macroscopic env ironment, and adopt agile management tactics in the microcosmic management so as to accelerate transnational management of small and medium-size enterprises of our country.
