摘    要:随着大数据时代的到来,知识转移影响因素发生了巨大的变化.通过深入分析大数据环境下知识转移的特性,对大数据环境下的创新网络进行了界定.在此基础上,充分考虑到大数据环境下知识转移主体和知识种类等因素的变化,建立大数据环境下以企业期望利润现值最大化为目标的知识转移最优时间优化模型.然后,对模型进行参数设置,求解知识转移最优时间.仿真实验结果不仅验证了模型的有效性,还得出了对管理有实际应用价值的结论与启示,能为大数据环境下企业确定最优知识转移时间、提升知识转移效率提供决策依据.

Abstract:The impact factors of knowledge transfer have undergone great changes with the arrival of the big data era. Through deeply analyzing the characteristics of knowledge transfer in the big data environment, the innovation network in the big data environment has been defined. On this basis, taking into account the changes of the knowledge transfer organizations and the types of knowledge in the big data environment, an optimization model of knowledge transfer under the big data environment is presented, aiming at maximizing the present value of the expected profit of an enterprise. Then, the optimal time of knowledge transfer can be obtained by setting the parameters of the model. The simulation results not only verified the validity of the model, but also drew conclusions with practical application value, which can help enterprises determine the optimal time of knowledge transfer and improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer in the big data environment.
