摘    要:针对属性权重信息不完全的多粒度犹豫模糊语言型多属性群决策问题,提出了一种基于指派模型的决策方法.本文的主要贡献在于:1)基于犹豫模糊语言术语集的得分函数,提出了从犹豫模糊语言术语集向量中确定备选方案序频次矩阵的算法;2)给出了专家关于备选方案的群体加权序频次矩阵的计算方法,将决策者给出的不完全属性权重信息作为约束条件,建立了混合0-1二次规划模型来确定备选方案的群体排序;3)通过将该方法应用于医疗废物处理技术选择问题,说明了所提决策方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:To deal with multi-attribute group decision making problems with multi-granular hesitant fuzzy linguistic information, an assignment model-based decision making method is proposed in this paper. The main contributions of this paper are threefold:1) Based on the score function of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets, an algorithm is designed to derive a rank frequency matrix for alternatives from a vector of hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets; 2) An approach is developed to calculate the collective weighted rank frequency matrix for all the alternatives. By taking into account the incomplete attribute weight information of decision makers as constraints, a mixed binary quadratic programming model is established to derive the collective ranking of alternatives; 3) The method is finally used for the selection of healthcare waste treatment technologies to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
