基于STM32F401的温室害虫物理防控物联网系统

摘    要:以高性能嵌入式系统ARM STM32F401作为控制核心,利用数字温度传感器DS18B20和RHD40湿度传感器及光照度、CO_2、氮磷钾NPK传感器分别采集温室内温度与湿度及其他相关参数数据,并通过Wi-Fi模块EMW3080将数据传输给上位机,上位机将数据保存到数据库进行管理,并对数据分析,作为深入研究温室蔬菜生长环境参数的调控的数据基础.需要防控害虫时,STM32F401控制相关的设备,将温度和湿度调到设定值,并保持若干个小时,达到防控害虫的目的.结果表明:在温度40℃、湿度85%~90%、保持时间4 h的条件下,系统能有效防控温室种植的豆角、黄瓜等蔬菜的蚜虫,代替了农药防控害虫,实现了温室的有机生态种植,为温室防控农作物害虫提供了一种基于物理热学的技术思路.

Internet of Things Based on STM32F401 Control the Greenhouse Pest by Physical Method

Abstract:Aiming at controlling the insect pests in greenhouse vegetable planting,the greenhouse Internet of thing based on STM32 F401 Controller is designed. In the system,a high performance ARM embedded system STM32 F401 was used as control core,the digital temperature sensor DS18 B20 and RHD40 humidity sensor and other sensors,such as light,CO_2,NPK sensors for acquisition the greenhouse temperature and humidity data and other related parameters,respectively. And through EMW3080 Wi-Fi module to transmit data to the PC,the PC will manage data saved in the database,and do the data analysis,as a further study of greenhouse vegetables growth environment parameter based on the data base. STM32 F401 controls the relevant equipment to adjust the temperature and humidity to the set value and maintains several hours for pest control purposes. The experiments showed that when the temperature is 40 ℃,humidity 85% ~ 90%,and keep the condition of 4 h,the aphid on beans,cucumber in greenhouse was effectively killed instead of pesticides,so an organic ecological greenhouse cultivation was realized,and pesticides pollution was avoided.
