高温锅炉过热器管的失效分析

摘    要:通过对高温锅炉后屏过热器运行后的管材进行金相分析、蠕变孔洞观察及评级、高温持久实验,结合壁温数据,确定在影响材料寿命的球化、蠕变、碳化物形成、材料的氧化腐蚀等诸因素中的主要因素,采用综合分析法对过热器寿命进行预测,对其寿命作出科学全面的评判和检修建议,把被动临检变为定期检修,避免大规模盲目换管,保证其超期安全运行.

Abstract:Through Metallographical analysis,observe and grade creeping holes and do high-temperature creeprupture experiments to the pipes after the high temperature boiler rear screen superheater operating,unifies the wall warm data,determined the primary factor in the various factors of influencing material life spheroidization,creeping,the carbide forms,the material oxidized corrosion and so on,uses the synthesis analytic method to forecast the superheater life,and excepts its life using the science comprehensive analysis and the overhaul suggestion, passively visits and searches becomes the preventive maintenance,avoids massively blindly trading the pipe,guarantee it going over the time limit the safe operation.
