摘    要:本文主要介绍郑州黄河公铁两用桥大体积承台混凝土施工温控技术,对1/4结构模型进行有限元分析,模拟了郑州黄河公铁两用桥大体积承台混凝土不同冷却水管流量对于混凝土内部水化热的疏导效果,并与实际情况进行对比分析,吻合良好,提出大体积混凝土施工中温控冷却管的布设形式及优化技术措施,对桥梁承台大体积混凝土温度裂缝控制技术提供依据。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces highway and railway combined bridge of the yellow river in zhengzhou about temperature control technology of concrete construction, analysis 1/4 structure model by the method of finite element, and simulate flow of the different cooling water tube for concrete internal effects of the hot water needs. By comparison with actual conditions, it is good, which put forward the settings form and the optimized technological measures of temperature control cooling tube in mass concrete construction, and provides basis for concrete temperature control technology in crack.
