垃圾焚烧飞灰中铜、锌在不同浸取液中的静态浸出特性研究

摘    要:以浙江省温州市临江垃圾焚烧场所产生的飞灰为研究材料,分别以蒸馏水、河水、海水和模拟酸雨等为浸取液,研究了液固比(mL∶g)分别为20∶1,30∶1,40∶1和50∶1,振荡12,24,36,48,72,96h等不同时间后,飞灰中铜和锌静态浸出特性.结果显示,铜和锌在4种浸取液中具有较为相似的渗出规律:在浸取时间较短时,铜和锌的浸出量随着浸取时间的增加而缓慢增加,在浸取时间为72h时铜和锌的浸出量均急剧增加,而当浸出时间为96h时却均急剧下降;铜和锌在pH值低的浸取液中的浸出量较多,在pH值较高的浸取液中浸出量较少;在模拟酸雨中铜和锌的浸出量最多,而在海水中则最少;大多数条件下,当液固比(mL∶g)为30∶1时,铜和锌的浸出量最多,而在50∶1时最少.

Abstract:The static leaching charactes of the heavy meta(lcopper and zinc)in fly ash form the incineration of municipal solid wastes(MSWI)was stuyied in the distilled water,river water,seawater and simulate acid rain when the liquid-to-solid ratio(L/S)were 20∶1,30∶1,40∶1 and 50∶1 after 12,24,36,48,72,96 h. The results suggest that the static leaching charactes of the copper and zinc were alike. The leaching weight of the copper and zinc from fly ash increases slowly with the extraction time adding from 12 h to 48 h. And when the extraction time was 72 h, the leaching weight of copper and zinc from the fly ash were adding rapidly. But the leaching weight of copper and zinc from the fly ash decreases rapidly when the extraction time was 96 h. We also found that the leaching weight of copper and zinc from fly ash was larger in the lower pH than in the higher pH. The leaching weight was maximum in the simulate acid rain,and minimum in the seawater. In the most condition,the leaching weight of heavy metals(copper and zinc)were largest in the liquid-to-solid ratio(L/S)was 30∶1,and the least in the liquid- to-solid ratio(L/S)was 50∶1.
