摘    要:论述了剪切或拉伸流场中描述液滴形变的两个典型变量即变形度和取向角;介绍了影响液滴形变的粘度比、毛细管数、雷诺数、韦伯数、Peclet number和Elasticity number等无量纲参数以及液滴形变的:表面形状函数;总结了液滴的破裂准则。

Abstract:The deformation parameter and the orientation angle were typically introduced to describe the distorted drop in a shear or an extensional introduced, namely the viscosity ratio, the Peclet number, the Elasticity number and flow. Dimensionless parameters affecting the distorted drop were capillary number, the Reynolds number, the Weber number, the so on. And function of surface shape of the distorted drop was put forward. At last, the mechanism of breakup of single drop was summarized.
