| 摘 要： | 对淮北市住宅小区居民健身场地设施及影响因素等情况进行综合调查研究结果表明，淮北市社区体育尚处于初步发展中，社区场地设施匮乏，经费短缺，是制约开展全民健身体育活动发展的主要因素，为此，要全社会共同努力改善城市居民的健身环境和条件，为更好地开展全民健身活动提出相应措施及对策

| Abstract: | After an investigation into places and facilities for Huaibei residents' body - building the result shows the physical education in Huaibei community is in its early development. There is a lack of facilities and funds, which is a barrier to developing body - building activities of the whole People. Therefore it needs the society's efforts to improve the environment and conditions for city residents' body - building and put forward corresponding measures to better body - building activities |
