摘    要:
目前衡量循环经济的常用方法还存在着评价上的一定缺陷。该文以分析和能值分析为基础采用生态累计分析(ECECA)方法,综合考虑经济活动对资源和环境的影响。为进行深入探讨,以中国钢铁企业为案例,将ECECA与物质流分析、分析、能量分析等方法进行了对比研究。结果表明,该方法更符合中国当前可持续发展目标及要求,可弥补当前能值分析计算中的某些缺陷,能较全面、合理地反映经济活动对资源、能源和环境的影响。

Abstract:
Current assessment methodologies on the performance of circular economy are found somewhat flawed in making a full and true evaluation.This paper presents a new approach of ecological cumulative exergy consumption analysis(ECECA) developed on the basis of exergy analysis and emergy analysis,to measure possible impacts of economic activities on environment in a more comprehensive manner.To further test this method,a case study has been made on the steel making process by using ECECA in comparison with material flow accounting,exergy analysis,and emergy analysis.The results show that,overcoming the apparent deficiencies in emergy calculations,the ECECA proves more useful and applicable for the objectives of China's sustainable development.
