摘    要:提出一种新型农村电网异名相两点接地短路故障后恢复供电技术及其实现方法,充分利用现有三相三元件保护继电器配置技术,极大可能地将异名相两点接地短路转换为单相接地故障,从而可短时持续供电,提高了非有效接地系统的供电可靠性.

Abstract:This study proposes a new recovery power supply technology for the synonym phase two point to ground short circuit fault of the rural power network.It takes full advantage of the existing three-phase three element relay configuration technology.The synonym phase two point to ground short circuit would be greatly converted into the single phase to ground fault,on which the grid can supply in short time,and increases the non-effective grounding system of power supply reliability.
