| 摘 要： | 成组技术和计算机技术相结合为工艺设计领域带来了勃勃生机,八十年代后期CAPP技术的研究和CAPP系统的开发在我国形成“热点”,但是传统开发CAPP系统时,往往忽略事物的共性问题,而把注意力集中在解决针对性很强的具体问题上。这样,CAPP系统不仅缺乏可移植性,而且自适应性亦差,严重影响了CAPP的实用性和应用普遍性。为此,本文作者研制了一个基于Windows环境的CAPP开发工具,以适应快速而不可估计的变化,例如:产品对象,制造环境和生产技术等。本文强调了研制CAPP开发工具的重要意义,讨论了CAPPTS的总体设计方案,重点介绍了系统的构造需求,基本功能和应用特点。

| Abstract: | The combination of the Group Technology (GT) and computer brings about full life for process planning. By the end of 80's the research and development of CAPP became highlighted. In development of the CAPP system, since the common character are always be omitted, CAPP system is lack of translating and self-adapting. A windows-based software tool for the CAPP system has been developed. This paper emphasises the importance of the development of the software tool, deal with the design plan, and introduces the requirements of the functions and the features of the system. |
