摘    要:本文通过对电主轴测试试验内容、测试原理、测试试验平台设计、测试试验方法及步骤等方面内容进行阐述,并用测试试验数据——振动频谱曲线图进行了电主轴振动特性分析,找到了电主轴产生共振的转速范围,为数控机床的动态研究和设计提供了依据。

Abstract:According to the analysis of the significance of electric spindle's vibration test,this article put forward both testing goal and testing target. And described all things through the testing content,testing principle,experimental platform design,testing method and as well as its testing step.An analysis of the electric spindle's vibration characteristic by using a testing experimental data called vibration spectrum curve was carried out. The speed range spindle resonance was determined.The result provides a basis for numerical control machine tools' dynamic research and design.
