| 摘 要： | 为了定量预测西宁市商业中心体系演化,以汉森模型为依据,选用城市商业中心适建性评价体系,结合西宁市实际选取分析商业中心演化影响因素的合适因子,建立西宁市商业中心体系未来演化的评价体系。预测结果表明:大十字商业中心为未来西宁市最高等级商业中心,未来西宁市商业中心体系空间为双核心结构、职能为商务功能,这与西宁市商业中心的发展趋势相一致。

| Abstract: | In order to quantitatively predict the evolution of Xining City business center system,the city commercial center built fitness evaluation system was selected based on Hansen model. Combing actual factors affecting business center of Xining City,a evaluation system of business center system in the future evolution was established. The prediction results show that Dashizi will be the highest commercial center of Xining City wirh dual- core structure in the future. The result is consistent with the development trend of Xining City. |
