THE STUDY OF TOURISM EXPLOITATION OF QUZHOU CITY BASED ON SWOT ANALYSIS

The base of tourism is tourism resources. In the course of developing regional tourism resources, there are certain strength, weakness, opportunity and threat, which can be exchanged each other. To analyze SWOT factors scientifically and suit measures to local conditions serve to change disadvantages into advantages and challenges into opportunities, thus a sustainable development of resources and tourism is obtained. This paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism exploitation on Quzhou city based on describing the SWOT model. To cope with the market competition, this paper brings forward strategies and measures of tourism exploitation on Quzhou city.
