| 摘 要： | 高等教育创新问题研究是一个与时俱进的课题。笔者认为,市场失灵(Market Failure)是实行市场经济体制的必然产物,只要市场存在就必定会出现市场失灵,那么在市场经济条件下的高等教育也必然会具有市场经济特征并受经济因素的影响。本文仅就市场机制的失灵这一经济因素对高等教育创新发展的影响,提出应从5方面着手,才能消除市场失灵的影响,创造顺应时代潮流的高等教育。
