ZnO纳米颗粒沉积增强TiO_2纳米管光催化活性

摘    要:采用阳极氧化法制备TiO2纳米管,用光化学沉积法、将纳米管浸没在硝酸锌(Zn(NO3)2)溶液中,在纳米管表面沉积ZnO纳米颗粒.对样品进行了Raman谱、XRD和SEM表征.结果显示,TiO2纳米管为锐钛矿相,沉积ZnO没有改变TiO2的相结构.用甲基橙在紫外光辐照下的降解速率来评价ZnO/TiO2纳米管的催化活性.结果表明,Zn(NO3)2浓度为10-4 mol.L-1时制备的ZnO/TiO2纳米管,其降解甲基橙的活性最高,效率提高40.7%.

Abstract:TiO2 nanotubes were fabricated by anodic oxidation,ZnO nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of TiO2 nanotubes by optical chemical deposition technique with dipping the TiO2 nanotubes in Zn(NO3)2 aqueous solution.The final product was characterized by Raman and XRD spectroscopy,and by SEM.Data indicated that the TiO2 nanotubes were in anatase phase and ZnO nanoparticle deposition did not change the crystalline phase of TiO2.Photocatalytic activity of the photocatalyst was estimated by testing degradation rate constant of methyl orange aqueous solution under UV irradiation.With a precursor concentration of Zn(NO3)2 at 10-4 mol·L-1,the ZnO/TiO2 composite nano-photocatalyst showed the highest photocatalytic activity.The degradation efficiency was increased by 40.7%.
