摘    要:国内某乙烯装置裂解炉通过增加先进控制系统,实现精确控制辐射段炉管出口温度目的,系统运行后,减少了辐射段炉管出口温度波动、降低了炉膛横向温度差、提高了对裂解深度的稳定控制,取得提高双烯收率及降低乙烯装置能耗水平的效果.

Abstract:A cracking furnace achieved precise control of radiation coil outlet temperature after implementation of an advanced control system.This system reduced fluctuations in radiation coil outlet temperature,reduced horizontal temperature difference in the furnace,and improved stability control of cracking depth.Implementation of this control system improved product(ethylene,propylene) yield,reduced energy consumption in the ethylene plant.
