摘    要:本文在1151-44'布机上测试了织口位移、经纱张力、织物张力和主轴回转角的基础上,分析了织口位移与时间、经纱张力、织物和经纱和机械性能的关系,得出在布机停台是造成织物稀密路织疵的原因之一,并探讨了控制稀密路的方法。

Abstract:The relationship between cloth- fell moving with time, warp tension, fabric and the mechanical properties of warp yarn was analysed on the basis of the testing results of cloth-fell moving,warp tension, fabric tension and the rotation angle of axle on the 1511-44 loom. The results show that the machine stall of the loom is one of the reasons causing welf crackiness, and the controlling methods are discussed.
