| 摘 要： | 为维护国家学历制度和学历证书制度的严肃性,教育部从2001年开始在全国统一实施高等教育学历证书电子注册制度,本文从制度的出台、发展、意义及建议等对我国学籍学历电子注册制度进行了论述。
