| 摘 要： | 在构建了贵州省科技进步评价指标体系的基础上,开发了相应的配套软件。软件基于VB（Visual Basic）可视化高级编程语言和Microsoft Access数据库开发,介绍了软件的功能模块设计、关键算法设计、数据库设计和界面设计。软件的使用使科技进步监测工作进入可操作阶段,提高了监测工作的效率和评价的准确性。 |

| Abstract: | A software for supervising ＆amp; estimating science ＆amp; technology progress was developed on the base of the estimating index system.The software was developed with the programming language VB（Visual Basic） and database Microsoft Access.In the paper,the design of functional mold,algorithm,database and interface were introduced.The application of the software will greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the estimating procedure,making the supervision manipulatively. |
