摘    要:文章围绕西藏社会制度、政治环境、传统文化和对外交流四个层面,对西藏当代音乐的产生与发展问题进行了探讨,认为社会制度的跨越是西藏当代音乐产生与发展的根源,西藏悠久的传统音乐是当代音乐形成与发展的基础,党的文艺方针及党对文艺工作的正确领导是西藏当代音乐赖以发展的政策和组织保障,二十世纪世界文化的空前交流是西藏当代音乐形成与发展的客观条件。

Abstract:The formation and development of a new object has a close connection with certain social,economic and political situations.Referring to the dialectical and historical materialism principles,the essay does a preliminary exploration on the issue of the formation and development of the Tibetan contemporary music from the four aspects: social system,political situation,cultural tradition and the exchanges with the outside world.It is found that the development of social system is the resource of the formation and development of the Tibetan contemporary music,and the Tibetan traditional music the foundation,the Party's policies and correct leadership to the field of arts the guarantee,the unprecedented world-wide cultural exchanges in the 20th century the objective conditions.
