球透镜的新型制备方法研究

摘    要:根据在表面张力的作用下液滴冷凝后得到透明玻璃微球的理论,首次使用槽沉法来制备球透镜试验结果表明:该光学玻璃和球透镜的折射率分别为1.5198和1.5190,光谱透过率都大于90%;直径为0.8mm的球透镜最大耦合效率为62.5%。

Abstract:According to the theory which the transparent glass micro--sphere can be obtained after freezing liquid under the interracial force, the sagging method was firstly used to fabricate ball lenses. Testing results indicated that the refractive indexes of the optical glass and ball lenses were 1. 5198 and 1. 5190, respectively, and the maximum coupling efficiency was 62.5%.
