煤炭运销信息化管理问题与对策研究

分析了我国煤炭企业实现信息化过程中存在的问题，指出其中软件公司存在的问题，并对煤炭运销信息化进行了系统分析，构建了煤炭运销信息化的框架，提出了要因地制宜地搞好信息化建设；建立完备的项目管理体制和运作体制；企业信息化需要不断的发现需求，升级软硬件，满足用户不断提高的要求。

Study on problems and measures of coal transportation and sales informationization management

The problems existing in the informationization of coal enterprises in China were analyzed, the problems of software companies were pointed but and the inforrnationization of coal transportation and sales system was systematically analyzed. The whole frame of coal transportation and sales informationization is constructed which suggests that coal transportation and sales informationization system should be carried out in the light of local circumstances; complete project management and operation management should be set up; the enterprise information should meet the new requirement;softwares and hardwares should be upgrad- ed so as to meet the increasing needs of the clients.
