| 摘 要： | 依据一定的设计原则,从油气资源可持续发展能力、自然环境可持续发展能力和社会经济可持续发展能力三个方面共选择了17项测评指标,构建了油气产业可持续发展能力测评指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定出各个测评指标在测评指标体系中的重要性(权重),然后引入双基点法构建了油气产业可持续发展能力量化测评模型。最后将该量化模型进行应用分析,说明其有效性和可操作性。
