马齿苋与小白菜的采后生理生化变化及耐贮性的比较研究

摘    要:本文研究马齿苋与小白菜在采后贮藏期间一系列生理生化变化的规律,结果表明:贮藏期间马齿苋与小白菜植株的呼吸速率、叶片的相对含水量、细胞保护酶(SOD、CAT)活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势;而叶片的水解酶(淀粉酶.蛋白酶)活性、POD活性、膜脂过氧化水平、质膜透性和脂肪酸含量均呈上升趋势.根据上述指标,分析比较了马齿苋与小白菜果后代谢变化的稳定性及衰败进程的差异,证明野菜马齿苋具有较强的保鲜耐贮力.

Abstract:In tihs paper,the laws of a series of Physiological-Biochemical changes were studied during postharvest storing period of portulaca oleracea compared with brassica chinensis.The results showed that respiratory rate of the plantlets,relative water content,the activities of cell protective enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT),contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and chlorophyll of the leaves all tended to decrease,while the activities of peroxidase(POD) and hydrolase (amylases and protease),membranelipid peroxidation,permeability of plasma membrane and fatty acid content of the leaves all tended to increase.For the above indices,the differences of the metabolic stability and decay proceeding were compared between the tWo plants during storage.It's proved that portulaca oleracea can keep fresh longer.
