莲瓣兰内生真菌利用碳源的生理学特性研究

摘    要:对分离自莲瓣兰根内的5株内生真菌利用碳源的生理学特性进行研究,方法是三点种植实验,培养5d,测量碳源培养基上内生真菌菌落直径,同时,进行液体培养5d,将菌丝过滤,烘干至恒重,计算菌丝干重。结果:这5株内生真菌利用碳源能力各不同;其中,属于木霉属的LP161菌株对各种碳源均有很好的利用能力,尤其在纤维素培养基上生长最快;并且,LP161菌株在葡萄糖液体培养基内生长最快,培养5d后菌丝干重达到1.18g/100ml。

Abstract:Physiological characteristics of utilization of carbon about five endophytes in Cymbidium Lianpan Tang et Wang were studied.The diameters of three colonies on every plate culture medium were calculated after these five endophytes were cultured for five days.Meanwhile,these five endophytes were cultured in liquid medium for five days.Then mycelia were filtered and dried to constant weight.And the dry weight of mycelia was calculated.The results are as follows: these five endophytes have different ability of utilization of carbon.The fungus LP161,which belongs to the genus Trichoderma,can utilize carbon,especially grow fast on cellulose medium.Besides,mycelia of the fungus LP161 grow very fast in glucose liquid medium.It is the highest in dry weight among these endophytes,and is l.18g/100ml.
