方形气升式环流反应器的流体力学与传氧特性

摘    要:在方形内环流气升式反应器空气-水两相体系中,从气含率、液体循环速度、混合时间和体积传氧系数,研究了直管、缩放管导流筒顶部有、无上挡板时的流体力学与传氧特性.结果表明,与无上挡板相比,有上挡板的气含率、体积传氧系数均有不同程度的提高,而液相循环时间、混合时间减小.实验还发现,采用上挡板可扩大操作气速范围.

Abstract:In terms of gas holdup, liquid circulation velocity, mixing time and volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient, the characteristic of hydrodynamics and mass transfer of air-water two-phase system in rectangular airlift internal-loop reactor with a cylinder and a convergence-divergenced draft tube with or without a overhead baffle, was studied respectively. It was shown from the result that gas holdup, liquid circulation velocity, volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient in the reactor with a baffle over the draft tube were higher, and the mixing time smaller obviously than that without an overhead baffle. Simultaneously, it was found that the scope of operating gas velocity was enlarged when the overhead baffle was added.
