摘    要:进行了用水溶性氨基二硫代甲酸型螯合树脂 ( DTCR)处理含锌废液的研究 ,探讨了 DTCR添加剂、Fe Cl3 加入量、反应时间及体系 p H值等对锌去除率的影响 .实验结果表明 :在锌废液中 ,当ρ( Zn) =1 0 .6mg· L-1,反应时间为 60 min,ν( Fe Cl3 ) ;ν( DTCR) =1 .7∶ 1 .0的条件下 ,处理后废液中残留锌的质量浓度为 0 .1 3mg·L-1,低于国家环保排放标准 1 .0 mg·L-1,去除率大于 98% .并对 DTCR去除锌离子的机理进行了探讨 .

Abstract:The treatment of zinc bearing waste water by a soluble dithiocarbamate chelate resin (DTCR) is studied. The effects of the concentration of DTCR, the quantity of FeCI 3, reaction time and pH value of the system on the removal efficiency of zinc are discussed. The experimental results show that when ρ(Zn)=10.6mg/L, pH=9, t =60min, ν(FeCI 3):ν(DTCR)=1.7∶1.0, the content of zinc in the waste water can be decreased to 0.13mg/L, which is less than the national effluent standard of 1.0mg/L. The removal efficiency of zinc reaches to above 98%. The mechanism of removing zinc in the waste water by DTCR is also discussed.
