| 摘 要： | 针对人才考评工作的重要性和具体需求，结合分布式系统技术和Web Services技术的特点，作者提出了通过对实绩考评方法建模系统的研究，采用Web Services技术建立一套适合多种行业的B／S模式的人才实绩考评分布式信息平台的方案。

| Abstract: | According to importance and concrete demand of talents' testing work at first,considering the peculiarity of distributed system technology and Web Services technology,a project is brought up that using Web Services technology set up a distributed information platform of talents' performance test which is B/S pattern and is fit for many kinds of professions,through the research of modeling system of performance testing method. |
