| Abstract: | The people-run sci-tech enterprises are facing giant challenges and competitions after WTO entry and, at the same time, are also facing unprecedented developing opportunities. The people-run sci-tech enterprises should make objective analysis on the problems occurring after WTO entry, get a clear understanding of the difficult position in aspect of technical innovation, base on the target of long-term development, and make definite the external environment and developing trends of the enterprises. |
