摘    要:研究夹具定位误差和工件加工精度之间的关系. 利用几何关系建立定位误差和工件空间方位变异之间的模型,实现已知定位误差的加工工件形位误差计算. 提出利用优化方法在满足工件形位公差条件下的定位误差分配算法,并讨论了该优化模型的简化计算. 实现了定位误差的合成与分配. 该方法可用于夹具制造设计精度的校验和零件的工艺验证. 零件实例验证了该分析方法的可行性.

Abstract:Relationship between the locating errors and machining errors is studied. By means of geometical analysis, the mathematical model to calculate the deviation of workpiece caused by the location deviation of locators is formulated. So that geometical tolerance can be calculated under the given location errors. Further, optimum method is employed to allocate the locator errors according to the required workpiece geometry tolerance. A simplified method is put forward to facilitate the solution of the optimum process. The method can be used to verify the fixture design. Finally, a case study has been used to support and validate the proposed model.
