| 甘肃省科技进步对经济增长的贡献率研究 |

| 摘 要： | 通过"索洛"余值法检验甘肃科技进步对经济增长的贡献率,发现甘肃科技进步贡献率呈现一定波动性,尤其是2005年以后,科技进步对甘肃省经济增长的贡献率逐年下降.在此基础上,指出科技投入不足、科技人才匮乏、科技资源整合机制缺乏、科技体制改革有待深化等因素,严重影响了甘肃科技进步贡献率,最后提出了相关的建议.

| Abstract: | The contribution rate of Sci-Tech to economic growt in Gansu Province was calculated by using "Solow" residual method.It was found that the contribution rate of Sci-Tech fluctuated,particularly since 2005.The contribution rate of sci-technology declined yearly.On this basis,the reasons that influencd the contribution rate of Sci-Tech were analyzed,including insufficient Sci-Tech investment,scarce of skilled personnel,lack of resource integration mechanism and so on.Finally,the article prefers the corresponding countermeasures. |
