摘    要:现有卷烟机蜘蛛手机构存在负压通道管路长、通道体积大、负压流动损失、漏油以及电机功率大等问题,为此,对蜘蛛手内部结构进行了改进:把配气座前移,缩短负压通道;气路和油路完全隔离;优化负压通道转向角,减少负压流动损失;在蜘蛛手轮体与小手臂之间安装一负压控制盘,控制负压的打开和关断。改进后,负压管路缩短了一半,明显减少了所需空气量,降低了负压风机的功率;负压流动损失也明显降低,提高了保持负压的能力和蜘蛛手交接烟支的稳定性;漏油问题也得到了改善。

Abstract:The spider mechanism of cigarette maker exist some problems, such as the long suction air channel, large volume, air pressure loss and so on.Therefore, the spider mechanism is improved as following: move forward the suction air control element to shorten the suction air channel;optimization the turning angle of suction air channel to reduce pressure loss;use a control disc to open and close suction air. By shortened the length of suction air channel in half and reduced the amount of air needed, the power of suction air fan is reduced; by greatly reduced the air pressure loss, the stability of tobacco rods transferring and the ability of keeping Suction air pressure are enhanced;the problem of oil leakage is also solved.
